One of the worst symptoms of pregnancy is morning sickness. For many women morning sickness happens all day long though, and can happen during part or all of your pregnancy. You also want to make sure you are eating small meals and often. Often nausea can be due to having an empty stomach. Also making sure you are staying hydrated with water is very essential, if you are starting to feel dehydrated you can drink an electrolyte beverage or some Pedialyte to help. Many women find either warm or cold foods are a trigger for their nausea, so try both and see which one works best for you!
